So in this video, I want to showcase my $100 Orvar, the All-Form Deck tech. This list was inspired by my previous $25 Orvar, the Allf-Form list with modifications to make it stronger and non-budget. It was a blast brewing him without a budget since his price spike after seeing Orvar in modern as a sideboard card. Hopefully, he drops to an acceptable budget, and I can brew him on a budget again! But I'm not keeping my hopes up, anyways, enjoy guys!
