How to build a Gazebo Roof

We have an 8 sided metal gazebo at Strawberry Park Campground in Preston, CT that we installed about 10 years ago. The existing metal roof needed painting, but based on the roof design, the rain water didn't fall off the roof edge, but instead was channeled thru the 8 posts. This has over the years started to rust the legs. Therefore, instead of painting the roof, I decided to replace the roof with another metal one matching our Park Model home such that it overhang the roof structure and hence eliminated the rust problem! The re-roofing took about 2 weeks, part time, and came out perfect. It not only looks better, but works better!
