Paths I Set (Your paths should be the same or in a similar place, if you put the files somewhere else you have to change the path according to where you put it:
C:\Ninja
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.38.33130\bin\Hostx64\x64\cl.exe

Update 2/24/2024:
If you run into issues/errors, that include something about "git", installing git for your system should fix it. Not sure why you need to though, since for me visual studio community had git already built into it. But maybe something changed within the last month.
