A life time ago in 1999 my classmate Jussie Smollett tricked me into auditioning for this show. I thought we were all going in and I expected him to gun for the lead and I just wanted to hang in the back. Well Jussie didn't show and left me hanging to go in on my own... He laughed at me the next day about it. I went on get nominated for best lead actor at the Paper Mill Playhouse Rising Star Awards and my life greatly shifted after this. Oh yea... Vanessa Rubio, Justina Valentine (on the rite of the screen) & Alejandra Ramos were all in this show with me. Maybe there was something in the water at Paramus Catholic Highschool.
