⬇️⬇️ SOUS VIDE RECIPE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 1 3.5 Pound Center Cut Pork Loin Roast
• Salt
• 1 1 Gallon Plastic Bag
• Butchers Twine

⬇️⬇️ SOUS VIDE MARINADE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
• 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
• ¾ Cup Soy Sauce
• 2 TSP Minced Garlic
• ¼ Cup Green Onions

⬇️⬇️ AIR FRYER HAM GLAZE INGREDIENTS ⬇️⬇️
1 (3.5-lb) Center Cut Pork Loin Roast - Sous Vide for 7 Hours
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• ½ Cup Pineapple Juice
• ¼ Cup Honey
• ¼ TSP Cayenne Pepper
• 1 TBSP Thyme
• 1 TBSP Rosemary
• ½ TSP Cinnamon
• Black Pepper, to taste

👉Cooking Instructions:
• Rinse off your center cut pork loin roast, pat it dry, truss or tie the roast using butchers twine, salt the roast place the roast in a large plastic bag, and add the marinade mixture and seal it up. Now fill your 8-quart Instant Pot about halfway with water and add the Pork Loin Roast. Make sure it is covered with water, put the lid on, and make sure it's not set to pressure. Now set your Instant Pot to SOUS VIDE for 7 hours at 140°F-145°F. When done, remove the pork loin roast from the bag, pat it dry, and save the marinade juices for later, if needed. Now get ready to Air Fry. Place the sous vide roast on the trivet on a catch pan or plate, and glaze the roast using a brush. Next, put the glazed pork roast into the air fryer, put on the air fryer lid, and set it for 8–12 minutes at 400°F-450°F. When done, remove the pork roast onto a cutting board, snip the butchers twine, and brush on a little more of the glaze if needed. Now just slice the pork loin roast however you want—thick or thin slices—and plate it up and serve.
