Two mysterious rings were mailed to a North Carolina woman and she called ABC11 Troubleshooter after doing some research and learned it's a scam to get people's information. According to the United States Postal Inspection Service, this is called a brushing scam where scammers send unsolicited merchandise to people for various reasons.
