The fact that he is able to get an entire locker room on board with this digital minimalist approach to camp shows that he's established a trusting culture already. While Patrick Mahomes, Aaron Rodgers, and Caleb Williams have overhyped videos of them throwing in slow motion with no pass rush and no tackling, Bo Nix and the Denver Broncos are grinding in silence.
