Fuji 27mm F2,8 R WR Review - Is it worth to upgrade?

This lens is the renewed version of a very popular, super compact and lightweight pancake lens the was released years ago.
This new version is weather sealed and has the aperture ring, both very welcome additions, but what else has changed since?
