I have come up with a no churn ice cream that does not used condensed milk and no heating is required. This is the Passionate Passionfruit flavour. It is a great tasting Passionfruit ice cream that is quick to make. It is actually the same recipe I developed for churning but found out it tastes great without the need to churn. To give it a good passionfruit kick I have used Passionfruit curd but you could use lemon curd. I am also using glucose syrup to stop it freezing too hard.
