Ever wonder what it’s like to care for over 30 rescued animals in just 24 hours? From feeding Soni and Chompers the alligators, giving Levi the iguana a relaxing bath, to cleaning enclosures and checking in on Napoleon the emu—this video takes you behind the scenes of my life as an animal rescuer and caretaker.

Meet some of the incredible rescues: Soni and Chompers, our two powerful (but surprisingly chill) alligators; Shere Khan, a massive and beautiful Burmese python; Levi, a laid-back green iguana with a big personality; and Napoleon, our curious and fluffy emu. And that’s just the start—there are also snapping turtles, tortoises, lizards, and many more amazing creatures.

Of course, none of this would be possible without my loyal supervisor, Zoey the dog, keeping a close eye on everything and making sure I stay on track.

This is more than a routine—it’s a mission. Every animal here has a story, and I’m honored to be part of their second chance at life.
