I'm always looking for ADHD tips and tricks to help me focus, and recently I stumbled across something that I had no idea would help me focus and get things done. The Merve YouTube channel is filled with incredible Study with Me videos. I can't get enough of it. I've never been so productive before.

That Chapter is one of my absolute favorite YouTube channels. Mike Oh mixes terrible crime stories with comedy and it's a glorious thing. Not ADHD related and definitely not for kids, but I absolutely love it.
