This famous quick march by Thomas Bidgood was written in 1898 and is still a firm favourite with military bands. On this video, David from Amber Valley Drum School shows the main snare drum parts to this tune.

Relying on the following rudiments - drags, flams, 17 strike rolls and 9 stroke rolls, this side drum part is ideal for intermediate military drummers, and hopefully will be of help to those learning side drum (air cadet band, army cadets, etc)
