Come and see what we spend on groceries in 2025 for a family of 4! This is a bit of a different grocery haul because we were expecting a cyclone and potential power outages - though it might not look like it! We have been through a Cat 4 cyclone before and didn't lose power so I was a bit ballsy in buying a fair bit of perishable food. .

We attempt to eat less processed foods and a range of fresh organic fruit & veg - this is a work in progress (some weeks are better than others). I make a few comments about 'better foods' and that has more to do with fewer preservatives and seed oils than other nutrition (some of it is total 💩 but as I said, work in progress).
