OMG if only you knew how many times I tried to reload this video! Trying to do a voice over with an uncooperative program was something else! I am so happy to finally be able to share it with those of you who are new to our channel. Mariam's Traditional Fulani/Yemi Alade inspired hair style was so much fun to do . It reminded me of living in Northern Nigeria as a child. I feel so blessed to share my memories with my teenage daughter. Video was originally recorded last year (2017) and the voice over done a few minutes ago. This style may not be for everyone but it is an opportunity to try something new and expose her to some African history and culture.
