Elimination:
1 heat of 8 athletes competing in an 8 minute jam session. Athletes will take as many runs as possible within the 8 minutes. Judges will rank competitors throughout the contest, top 4 athletes will advance to the final.

Final:
1 heat of 4 athletes competing in a 4 minute jam session. Athletes will take as many runs as possible within the 4 minutes. Judges will rank competitors throughout the contest, based on overall impression.
