沙翁 | 港式怀旧点心 冰雪蛋球 | 甜滋滋的一口咬下好幸福

中式甜點 - 沙翁
沙翁表面脆口,内里松化,而且蛋味香浓,是香港著名的古早味怀旧点心之一。 从前在香港很多酒楼和茶餐厅供应, 现在已较为少见。

沙翁是由油炸面胡粘糖而成,是一款流传较久的小吃。炸熟后滚粘上一层白糖,犹如满头白发的老翁,故称为沙翁。

所需材料:
牛油

鸡蛋
面粉
砂糖(沾表面用)

做法:
1)牛油、水煮滚离火,马上加入面粉拌均匀
2)面糊稍微降温,加入蛋一颗颗拌均匀即可
3)热油,炸至金黄色捞起,沾上砂糖
完成!

Sugar Egg Puff - This is a combination between Puff & Doughnut.
The texture of this sugar egg puff is tender & crispy.
It was a old style street food in HongKong but currently is quite hard to find it around.
Try to make it at home, easy job!

ONLY these much ingredients needed:
Butter
Water
Eggs
Flour
Sugar (for dipping the surface)

Steps:
1) Boil the butter & water then turn off the file, add in flour & mix well
2) Wait the batter slightly cools down , add in eggs and mix well
3) Deep fry the batter until golden brown,
4) Puff is done, coat them with sugar
