I talk honestly about the rheumatology appointment itself, what was discussed, how the process works, and how it feels finally getting specialist input after weeks of uncertainty.

I also share how this appointment fits into my wider health journey, what happens next, and how living with an autoimmune disease is affecting my ability to travel, plan ahead, and manage fatigue and flare-ups.
