We recently launched our brand new “Love Baking” series with pastry chef, Shane Smith in association with Gem. This series is hands down one of the tastiest baking collaborations you’ll come across this year!

In our ‘Love Baking’ series we have a total of 5 recipes, from Halloween sweet treats, Autumnal comfort bakes to Shane’s festive Christmas favourites!

You may have come across Shane’s Spooktacular Spider Cookies which are such a fun recipe to make with the kids.

Our second Gem inspired recipe was Shane Smith’s Apricot & Bacon Tear & Share Rolls. A perfect example of when sweet and savoury works hand in hand. This tear and share bread is guaranteed to become a family favourite

Our next recipe in this tasty series, and just in time for Christmas is (*drumroll)………Shane’s Christmas Stollen Bread.. This is a classic festive bread for a reason, the blend of dried fruits & marzipan is utterly delicious and couldn’t taste more like Christmas if you tried.
