After Mass Bunnoe (no audio - 1960s)

This 1960's footage was given to me some months ago at the beginning of 2020. The camera person is Mary McEntee Fay Shannon USA. .

Hi Mary
Do you remember what the make of camera you had for the Bunnoe video footage? Am guessing at the time the camera would not have been bought in Cavan, and you'd have to travel to Dublin to purchase it.in a camera shop...was this the case, and roughly what would you pay for it back then?

It was 1963 that I bought it as a present for my aunt and uncle as they were so good to me here,
It was a Bell and Howell and bought it in Boston [at that time I had to take a bus and train to get there]
I think it was $150.00 [which was a lot at that time but it was worth it] it had to wind it up for it to go
and it took 50 ft. at a time and then I would mail them to NY to develop, the ones I took in Eire I
would have them mail back to my aunt here, some she wasn't to pleased with as I took them out
the side window and all they could see was bushes flying by! I was able to rent a projector in Cavan
when I went back @ a pound a night so there must be more people with cameras at that time.

Well about ''after Mass'' there is a lot of people I don't know in it and then some of it is too fast to see all, some one said you should get Cathleen Daley as she would know a lot and also I would
know some by there nick-names.
