this one goes out to the girls and the gays. and specifically aromantic and asexual folks (such as myself)!! i really wanted to explore queerplatonic themes and the pressure the world puts on us all to be “in love” in the strictest terms, since it’s not something i hear much (or at all) in music. you can interpret these characters and their relationship whichever way suits you. my hope was to make something by which people on the aro/ace spectrum can feel represented and know that you are perfect the way you are and that your feelings and experiences are all unique and beautiful, because that’s what pride’s all about imo. let’s go lesbians!!!!!!!!
