Go to Cooling Springs, the first part called Bot Beach.
Walk over 4 turquoise starfish in the exact order. A sound indicates you did it correctly.
A new bot from Gran Turismo appears. Take notice of the track that is shown at his container.
On the opposite side under a shell, you’ll find a steering wheel.
Press Options to open the level select screen and take the route accross all levels (except the hub) like the racing track that was shown at the imprisoned bot. Racing sound effects indicate you’re on the right track.
The Bot unlocks and you get the trophy.
