How to collect a poop sample | Collecting a stool sample | faeces sample collection | FIT kit

Here I show you an easy way to collect a poop sample. I have heard of people suggesting "cling film" and even "plastic lunch boxes" Please DO NOT use either of these, as you can not flush either down the toilet, and any box will no doubt slip, and will also require cleaning. NOTE: I used Brown parcel tape so it is easy for you to see what I am doing, as several have pointed out, please do not flush the tape.
I should point out, I am NOT medically trained, so any such questions will be ignored.
