We are working with SynapseIndia for a while now and we could not be happier. They make us look great in front of our clients. We had a situation not too long ago where we had an overflow of projects and we needed help immediately to meet deadlines. We had heard some great things about SynapseIndia, we reached out, had a great conversation with them. Next thing you know, we are 5 projects in with them and things could not be going better. Yes, we had some concerns upfront, these concerns were related to the difference in time zones, communication, language barrier. But as soon as we started working with SynapseIndia, all those concerns were alleviated. We enjoy working with them so much that we have a dedicated developer on their team now who handles a lot of our tasks when it comes to ecommerce sites, WordPress sites and much more. It is like having another member of the team. We reach out, we discuss the project, and the next thing you know, the project is done, the client is happy and we are ready for the next one! Working with SynapseIndia has been great for us!
