Tier 13 TRIPLE OP div finally gets a match - World of Warships

Conde is at least a tier 13 ship if we consider Petro, Smoly, AN and FDR all stronger than you average tier 10 ships, being rated somewhere around tier 11 and 12. Since Conde is even stronger it has to be at least 13.

The only problem with this division is that you have to wait a long time for MM to finally put 3 super ships in enemy team.
