The HLSW-PB20-PB.SG-ESTP from Larson Electronics is a non-metallic switch that is rated for Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C & D, Class II, Division 2, Groups E, F & G and Class III, Divisions 1 & 2 hazardous environments. The 20-amp unit is equipped with a start/stop double push button and one emergency stop push button. This ATEX certified switch has a din rail mount design and is constructed of an impact resistant glass reinforced non-metallic material with silicone gaskets.

The Class I, Division 2 Groups A, B, C & D rated non-metallic switch is designed for din rail mounting in flammable environments. It is ideal for use in petroleum refineries, chemical plants, petrochemical plants and other facilities where similar conditions exist. The HLSW-PB20-PB.SG-ESTP contains a start/stop double push button and one emergency stop push button. The double push button has a green button on the left side for start and a red button on the right side for stop. The mushroom head emergency stop push button is located beneath the start/stop double push button and is red in color. This device has explosion protected contact blocks that are rated for voltages up to 690V AC, is capable of handling 20 amps for switching duty and has a horsepower rating of 2 HP.

The NEMA-rated unit is protected by a non-metallic housing that is constructed of a PA6 glass reinforced anti-static material that is impact resistant, f1 UV resistant and has a flame retardant rating of V-0. This unit also features silver alloy contacts with gold flashing. The non-metallic switch has an ambient operating temperature of -50°C to +60°C and can be used in conjunction with motor starters or contactors for remote operation of motors.

Hub: This switch has a 1/2" NPT hub and features silicone gasketing throughout.

Mount: The HLSW-PB20-PB.SG-ESTP is compatible with din-rail mounting applications.
