Producing Lots of Dried Broad/Fava Bean Seeds

It is not so easy growing many types of beans as a dried seed, at least in the damp and cool climate in Ireland. So, in order to get a decent amount of storable edible vegetable protein, I grew a big crop of Broad or Fava Beans in the polytunnel.
