Boneless chicken thighs
Salt
Onion
Mushrooms
Green and red bell peppers
Sun-dried tomatoes (without liquid)
Boiled corn
Spices of your choice
Soy sauce

Chicken broth (made from the thigh bones)

Demi-glace sauce

📝 *Preparation:*
1. *Prepare the Chicken:*
Debone the chicken thighs and flatten them by placing them in a plastic bag and gently pounding them.
Season with salt only.
