Hey guys, back with another WORLD RECORD speedrun IMPROVEMENT!

As with the Ground Zero Any% World Record, this improved speedrun is the result of interacting with you guys in the comment section. A viewer asked why I didn't go straight for the Scrin Control Node after destroying their power plants to the West en-route, and instead headed to the additional base to its East. The answer was simple; I needed to take the power for the Storm columns out, which was seperate from that power grid.

And that got me thinking... Why am I spending so much time taking out those structures? Was it to level the Commando, was it to stall the base, or perhaps it was to occupy time before my Firehawks were ready?

Maybe it was all three.

I therefore decided to attempt both the Any% and 100% runs without focusing on the Scrin structures so much - in total I ignored 5 Scrin structures, including the Drone ship, which provides power. I then also changed the pathing of the Commando to jump over the tiberium ravine and straight to the next base, rather than going back down and around. This saved 30 seconds of playtime in total!

I hope you guys enjoy the video. Looking back now I could probably save some more time, but I'm happy just to showcase the strategy. :)
