संक्रमणीय भूमि क्या है?
असंक्रमणीय भूमिधर वह भूमिधर होते हैं जिन्हें संबंधित जमीन के पट्टे की कोई निर्धारित अवधि नहीं होती है और वह अभी तक पट्टा पाने की 10 वर्ष की अवधि पूरी करने पर ही संक्रमणीय भूमिधर होते थे।
Non-transferrable bhumidhars are those bhumidhars who do not have any fixed term of the lease of the land concerned and they used to be transferable bhumidhars only after completing the period of 10 years from the date of getting the lease.
