It doesn’t arise for no reason, and always has a purpose. Your anger guides you to uncover what is no longer resonant, or needs better balance.

*There has recently been an uprising in the hearts of many compassionate and caring beings, that’s been translating as anger and intensity. An influx of internal fire in some way; irritations, explosions, endings, transitions, changes— being fed up and tired of something or someone, perhaps with a part of yourself.

Alchemize its fire into medicine, listen to what it is truly asking you to heal, transform, and/or create.

I like channeling my anger and intensity into physical activity, which then purifies and alchemizes it so I can use the energy for anything.
