• ACCUSED PERSONS REGULARLY COMMITS BURGLARY IN ORDER TO FULFILL THEIR FINANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR DRUGS.
• ACCUSED GAURAV SAINI @ CHEENA IS BC OF PS DABRI.
• THESE BURGLARS ARE PREVIOUSLY INVOLVEMENTS IN OVER 100 CASES OF BURGLARY, HOUSE THEFT, THEFT, AND SNATCHING.
• TOTAL 14 CASES OF THEFT, MV THEFT & BURGLARY WORKED OUT WITH THEIR ARREST.

 BRIEF DETAIL OF INCIDENT-
In the month of April 2023, incidents of burglaries in the area of PS Dabri and PS Bindapur, Delhi are reported, in some of which several jewelleries, LED TV, inverters, batteries, water motors were stolen by thieves. The team of Anti-Burglary Cell, Dwarka was tasked to work on theft & burglary cases of Dwarka and nab the accused persons involved in theft incidents.
 TEAM AND OPERATION-
A dedicated team of Anti-Burglary Cell headed by Insp. Vivek Maindola, I/c Anti-Burglary Cell, Dwarka comprising ASI Vinod, ASI Krishan, HC Anil, HC Naresh, HC Krishan, HC Azad, Ct Praveen, and Ct Rahul under the overall supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar, ACP/Ops Dwarka, was formed in this regard.
Accordingly, the team visited the spots of incident and analyzed the CCTV footages of the place of incident as well as nearby places. Secret informers were also roped into the area to get intelligence and information regarding such active burglars in the area. The CCTV footages were amplified so as to identify the accused persons. One of accused person was identified by the informer as Gaurav Saini @ Cheena (BC of PS Dabri).
The team identified all his hideouts and made coordinated raids with staff of PS Dabri i.e., SI Rohit Teotia & HC Sher Singh under the supervision of Insp. Dhananjay Pratap Singh, SHO/Dabri. The combined team raided all his possible hideouts but he managed to escape at eleventh hour. The team also got the mobile number of accused Gaurav Saini and on the basis of technical surveillance a raid was conducted at his home and he was apprehended by the team. During frisking, one pair of silver anklet was recovered from his possession. On checking the same was found stolen vide E-FIR No. 707/23 U/s U/s 380/457/34 IPC PS Dabri.
Further, at his instance LED TV, water motors, inverters, batteries and implements of house breaking were also recovered. Further, accused Rahul @ Faiyyad and Rohit Pal were also arrested at the instance of accused Gaurav @ Cheena. From the possession of accused Rahul @ Faiyyad and Rohit Pal, one stolen motorcycle from the area of PS Bindapur and one stolen Lenovo laptop was recovered. Further one visiting card of Shagun Jewellers was also recovered from the possession of accused Rohit Pal. They both were also arrested after recovery of 05 water motors, car batteries, and grinder etc. at their instance.
 INTTEROGATION-
All the accused persons are drug addict and used to commit crime to fulfill their financial requirements for drugs. They came into the contact on one Ashok Shukla Manager of Shagun Jewellers and befriended and enticed him to purchase stolen gold items, who further introduced them to owner of Shagun Jewellers namely Kunal Aggarwal who started buying stolen gold articles from accused persons. Further, at the instance of the accused persons, owner of Shagun Jewellars namely Kunal Aggrawal R/o Paschim Vihar, Delhi, Age 26 years and its manager namely Ashok Shukla R/o Om Vihar, Phase-02 Uttam Nagar, Delhi, Age 44 years were also arrested. The copy of Aadhar card of accused Rahul @ Faiyyad was recovered from the counter of his shop. Further one document having the name of Rohit Pal containing the details of item and approx. amount was also recovered from the counter of the shop.
During investigation, the mobile phone of the accused Ashok Shukla was analyzed and it was found that on 09.04.2023, accused Rohit Pal send his Aadhar card on the Whastapp of Ashok Shukla. The owner namely Kunal disclosed that all the jewellary given by the accused persons were given to his father Subhash Aggarwal owner of Shagun Jewellars of Paschim Vihar Branch. The raids were conducted to search the accused Subhash Aggrawal but he managed to escape.

• Gauran Saini @ Cheena R/o Vishwas Park, Uttam Nagar, Delhi, Age 27 years.
• Rohit Pal R/o Madhu Vihar, Dabri, Delhi, Age 26 years.
• Kunal Aggarwal R/o Paschim Vihar, Delhi, Age 26 years. (Receiver)
