The juiciest Double Smash Cheeseburger Ready in 5 Minutes


We’ve been meaning to make a smash burger video for a very long time but never got around to it. Now this double smash cheeseburger is possibly the juiciest and most flavourful smash cheeseburger you’ve ever tasted and best of all it cooks in 5 minutes flat.

Here is how we did it

• We start off with some fresh lean ground chuck separated in 3 oz balls.
• We then prepare some thinly sliced onions, kick off the old flattop grill to 475℉, place the 3oz balls on the grill, season them with some good old salt & pepper and placed the onions on top of each ball.
• We then pressed and flattened each ball to about 3/8 of an inch thick by using a piece of parchment paper between our press and the meat to avoid the meat clinging to our press.
• We cooked them on the 1 side until we saw the meat turning slightly brown on the surfaced.
• Once this was achieved, we flipped them over and the fun began.
• We added some oil on the flattop and spread it around and placed our bun on the oily surfaced.
• We then added some good old Canadian sliced cheddar on each of the patties.
• We then checked our buns and these boys were ready.
• Flipped the buns over, placed one patty on top of the bottom bun then placed the other patty on top of the first one and we closed it all up with the top bun.
• The whole cooking process lasted exactly 5 minutes.
• We used no condiments and I am telling you we didn’t need too at all.
• This double smash cheeseburger was the star of the show and it was so incredible delicious as is.
• No fuss no fancy stuff just a pure mouth-watering delight as soon as it hit our mouth.

If you want to add some condiments of your choice by all means do so, but we are telling you it is well worth trying it in is purest and simple form
