Papaya spaghetti
🔥To a mixer add 1 cup papaya and grind it to a smooth paste.
🔥To a bowl add 1/2 tbsp agar agar powder, 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Add it to a pan and papaya juice and cook for 2 min.
🔥Then take a syringe( without needle)and fill it with the prepared papaya mix.
🔥Now insert the syringe to one end of a silicone tube(use small diameter tube so you can get thin spaghetti) and press to release the papaya mix into the tube.
🔥Now dip the tube in cold water for 2 min.( the edges should not touch the water level)
🔥Then use empty syringe and give pressure at one end of the tube so that you can remove the spaghetti from the tube at the other end.

Muskmelon caviar
Freeze a bottle with sunflower oil for 3 hours.
To a bowl add 1/2 cup muskmelon juice, 1 tsp agar agar and mix well.
Cook for 2 min.
Now drop the muskmelon juice drop by drop over the oil.( a small pearl like drop will be collected at the bottom)
Wash it with cold water.

Mango sorbet
🥭Freeze 1&1/2 cup mango overnight and blend it

Pineapple almond crumble
🍍Almond flour 1/2 cup
🍍Mash/ grind Pineapple 2 tbsp
🍍Salt pinch
🍍Butter 2 tbsp
🍍Jaggery 2 tbsp
🍍Bake 180°c 15-20 min

🔥For sugar art used isomalt 3 tbsp
