I saw this house with the boarded up windows and the crazy overgrown lawn and I just had to clean it up. There was lots of poison ivy, overgrown curbs, buried sidewalks, and tall grass.

I was able to talk with the neighbor directly next door and he told me that it's been vacant for quite some time. There were squatters in it last year and now there are raccoons living in the basement now. I was able to get it looking a lot better for the neighborhood and the neighbor was really happy with how it turned out!
