Wing Foiling Owen Sound

Sept 25, 2024 session. A quick video of Wing Foiling at the RCA launch in Owen Sound. The site is named after the old RCA TV factory. The RCA factory in Owen Sound was once a cornerstone of the local economy and a significant player in Canada's electronics industry. Established in the mid-20th century, the factory produced a variety of electronic goods, most notably radios and televisions. Though now quiet, the old RCA factory is a reminder of Owen Sound's industrial past. Today, the area is a popular wing foiling launch site, aptly nicknamed "RCA".
