This video provides an overview of how Office 365 SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI and DynamicPoint's Portal application can be used to manage a vendor request for proposal or request for quote process.

Included is an overview of each step in a typical RFP process, including RFP Initiation, Vendor Responses, Analysis / Selection and Ongoing Vendor Maintenance. We look at each step and how Office 365 can be used to automate the process. SharePoint can be used to provide information and templates to be completed as part of the bid. Power Automate is helpful to notify vendors and send reminders of upcoming deadlines. Power BI provides detailed analysis of the responses such that a winning vendor can be selected. And lastly, DynamicPoint's portal app provides the ability to include such details as exiting quotes, invoices or purchase orders.
