🍎 apple cider affogato:

homemade apple cider:
8 apples
1 orange
3 cinnamon sticks, pinch of nutmeg & clove
other optional fall spices: cardamom, clove, star anise
1/2 cup brown sugar
enough water to cover the fruit (~10 cups)

caramel icecream:
1 can dulce de leche
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
pinch flaky salt

spiced butter cookies:
2 cups flour
3 tbsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup softened butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla + pinch of salt

🍋 lemon rolls:

milk bread dough:
1 cup warm milk
4 tsp yeast
2 egg
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup melted salted butter
5 cups flour
lemon zest (1 lemon)

lemon filling:
1 cup sugar
1 lemon (zest + juice)
pinch of salt
1/2 cup butter

lemon icing:
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
lemon zest + juice to taste

🎃 maple pumpkin spice s'mores

pumpkin spice smores:
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 tbsp pumpkin spice
vanilla paste + pinch of salt
1 cup cold water
2 1/2 tbsp gelatin
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup

maple graham crackers:
1/4 cup softened butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
vanilla + pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk

🍑 peach lemonade donuts:

2 1/4 cup peach juice
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs
1 apple sauce cup
vanilla + salt
1/4 cup yogurt
1 lemon (juice of half, zest for sugar topping)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
2 2/3 cup flour

for the lemonade coating:
1 cup sugar
lemon zest
