None of the cookies turned out cakey like I thought they would be from the look of them. They have plenty of sugar and fat, so no cakey cookies here.
One of them was especially chewy and gooey. My favorite :)
I tested the winning recipe again to make sure I really did love it. I actually made a very exciting addition to the recipe, and now I think they are the best chocolate chip cookies. Recipe on my blog https://sweetpotatosoul.com/2021/02/b...
