▢1 tbsp monk fruit erythritol sweetener
▢½ tsp lemon zest
▢1 tsp lemon juice

▢2 x 8oz full fat cream cheese room temperature
▢½ cup powdered erythritol monk fruit sweetener *see note 2
▢½ cup full fat sour cream room temperature
▢2 eggs room temperature
▢2 tsp lemon juice
▢1 tsp vanilla extract

Crust
▢1 cup almond flour
▢¼ cup almonds
▢¼ cup butter
▢1 tbsp golden monk fruit sweetener
▢½ tsp cinnamon
▢1 pinch sea salt
