Hi loves,
Wanted to document what I eat on vacation to give you an idea of a realistic approach to try and keep on track of healthy eating while on a Trip like I was here in the Maldives. I love food and I don't like to torture myself by depriving my body but like to keep things as healthy as possible. So here's how we do it :)
This is not a perfect diet and I didn't want it to be- Its important for me to show you the little tricks that I use such as:
Green Juices, fruits, lots of water, avoiding heavy foods, using lemon and my special dressing from my Winter Reset to season instead of mayo based sauces, starting the day with hydrating, trying to start the day with green juice and just being mindful and enjoy yourself - like with pasta and
Hope it helped a little.

Most important, remember to have fun!! The swimming with dolphins was an amazing memory with Peer, and it is so fun to be together.
