Cultist is another composition that hasn't got a ton of attention on PBE because everyone is trying new things. With this video we show the power of hitting Cultist early and how to use that to get into a strong late game. I don't think 9 Cultist can be a win condition, but 6 Cultist with the right champs and items does pretty well!
