Using Samsung DeX on Your Tab S6
- DeX mode is ideal when using your tablet with a keyboard and mouse.
- You can use DeX right on your tablet’s screen, or connect to an external monitor via HDMI adaptor.
- To activate DeX, pull down the Quick Panel.
- Then tap on Samsung DeX.
- To pair a keyboard, turn on Bluetooth.
- On your keyboard, hold down the Bluetooth button to put it in pairing mode.
- Now select your keyboard in the list of available devices.
- Type in a PIN when first pairing your keyboard. Repeat this process for your mouse.
- In DeX mode, you’ll have access to all the same apps and features. But in a UX that’s optimized for desktop productivity. Working across multiple apps is seamless.
- To go back to tablet mode, tap the DeX logo at the bottom left and select “Exit DeX.”
