Arsenal SLR107R or Cugir WASR10: Which AK Should You Buy & Why?

With many people deciding to buy an AK recently, it seemed like a good idea to compare two of the 'lower' priced imported options currently available; as of April 2020.
Here we have the Arsenal SLR-107R from Bulgaria and the Cugir WASR-10 from Romania.
We talk about features they share, point out how they are different, and just generally give you an overview of both to hopefully make things a bit clearer.
