Steve Hamilton was an absolute legend with his response and openness with the whole situation regarding Fitment Industries and employees like Gels and Dakota leaving. Of course, I am taking everything at face value until I have a reason to do otherwise. I think the response posted to The Hamilton Collection channel did a great job to explain the general situation and leads us to a conclusion that this is just a difference in opinion in both creative and workflow aspects of the business. All parties seem to be on relatively good terms and we all hope the best for all involved!
