Better known as Doca do Cavacas, this is a small beach complex with a natural swimming pool of volcanic origin and direct access to the sea.

More commonly known as Doca do Cavacas, this small beach complex is located between the Lido and Formosa beach. It can be accessed from the Lido Promenade. To the west of this beach, bracing views can be enjoyed over the highest cape in Europe (Cape Girão) and Formosa Beach.

This beach has a natural volcanic swimming pool and direct access to the sea, as well as changing rooms, a lifeguard, a restaurant and bar.
