Replacement window motors for the RX300 are nearly impossible to find. Luckily the window motor for a Lexus GS300 or GS400 is a direct substitute that fits perfectly and plugs right in and operates correctly. This video shows how to install the front right passenger side motor, and how to re-initialize the anti-pinch setting so the window stays up when rolled up, otherwise the window will roll back down by itself every time it is rolled up.
