How to make a swinging steel target (no welding!)

Hi, in this video I show how to make a steel swinging target using fairly inexpensive materials. I recomend this for pistols but it can be used for rifles with slight modifications due to powerful rounds ( I may convert one for rifle shooting later). The "S" hooks featured were for display purposes only and they do not actually work. After a bit of testing at different distances, I determined that a few links of chain are needed to help give the target a better range of motion to dissapate the energy from the bullet impact. I will show a full working version in the near future which will include shooting (obviously).
