Join us on a sped up road trip on the A39 Minehead to Tintagel

We wanted to show you a stretch of the A39, the Atlantic Highway. A journey in our campervan starting in Minehead and heading for King Arthurs car park in Tintagel, Cornwall, but the weather wasn't in our favour! We encountered thick fog so missed some lovely views. We stop at The Ramblers Rest Tea Room, overlooking the beautiful Lorna Doone valley, Devon. We take a walk around Lynton and Lynmouth before driving up the infamous Porlock Hill, the steepest A-road in the UK, probably not a great idea for larger motorhomes! We discover Woody Bay railway station and the Lynton and Barnstaple Railway.
