“LifePod” is the name of the game but also the name of a product in the story that was invented to fulfill all of humans' needs. With a battery lasting a Lifetime, producing food, connected to a social network, everything. The pods got so popular that there were not enough people outside to maintain society. There were some robots but they were not enough and the world just ended. So the game starts with you waking up in a post-apocalyptic world. The gameplay would look like Rimworld but in first person and instead of being an undefined entity that controls the colony, you are one of the colonists. You’d have a companion robot giving you objectives to lead the colony, keep the others' trust, repair pods, and other stuff to move the story forward.
