Crust

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
3 Tablespoons sugar
6 Tablespoons butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer

16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 cup whipping cream

Butterscotch Pudding Layer

3.4 ounces instant butterscotch pudding
2 tablespoons whipping cream

Whipped Topping Layer

8 ounces Cool Whip
Butterscotch Chips

1. In a bowl mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
2. Press mixture into an 8x8 dish. You can place crust in the freezer for 30 minutes to make it easier to do the first layer.
3. In a large mixing bowl, place softened cream cheese, powdered sugar. Mix until light and fluffy.
4. Add in whipping cream.
5. Spoon half the mixture over the crust.
6. Add the butterscotch pudding mix into the other half of the cream cheese mixture in the mixing bowl and mix well.
7. Spoon butterscotch mixture over the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
8. Spread the Cool Whip mixture on top as the last layer.
9. Garnish with butterscotch chips and sauce if you would like.
10. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
11. Enjoy!
